Entering the control codes listed on this license addendum into the computer 
system indicates your understanding and acceptance of the terms and conditions  
contained in the Progress OpenEdge Software Development Kit End-User 
License Agreement ("the Agreement") located in this package, or in the software 
download program.  Please carefully read these terms and conditions before entering 
in the control codes.  This Agreement is the entire agreement between the parties. 
No modifications or additions to the Agreement will be binding, whether proposed 
via a purchase order or otherwise, unless agreed to in a writing executed by 
authorized representatives of the parties.  If this Agreement is accompanying the 
initial shipment in your initial or renewal Progress OpenEdge Software Development Kit 
subscription, and if you do not agree with the terms and conditions of this 
Agreement, promptly return all of the materials in the package accompanying this 
Agreement (and all copies thereof) to Progress Software Corporation or the 
authorized supplier from whom it was acquired for a full refund.  If this Agreement 
is accompanying an update to your current Progress OpenEdge Software Development Kit 
subscription, and if you do not agree with the terms and conditions of this 
Agreement, promptly return all of the materials in the package accompanying this 
Agreement (and all copies thereof) to Progress Software Corporation or the 
authorized supplier from whom it was acquired, and you may continue to use the 
software and other materials previously provided to you under your current sub- 
scription in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Agreement in effect 
prior to this shipment.
